    Sherrye A. Clem, MSHRM

    Hello, my name is Sherrye Clem.  I am a Nashville native and very thankful for the wonderful city I grew up in.  Although it has changed substantially over the past 10 years, it is still my favorite place for my family, our three 4-legged children (Luke, Lillye & Tilly) and I to call home!


    A little about me, I am driven by a sense of service and dedication, I served in the United States Navy in communications, honing skills that would shape my professional path. After my honorable discharge, I embarked on my academic journey at Belmont University, where I earned a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources. My pursuit of knowledge led me to Florida International University, where I obtained a Master’s in Human Resources Management. Alongside my educational advancements, I developed a robust career in the Insurance Industry, specializing in Risk Management, Property & Casualty, and Employee Benefits, including a focus on Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs). I am passionate about leveraging my diverse background to drive strategic HR solutions that empower organizations and their employees. 


    I am a member of the SHRM Middle TN chapter, local Rotary Club, Various Local Chambers of Commerce, and First Baptist Hendersonville.


    I look forward to helping our community business leaders secure outsourced HR solutions to scale their business, achieve cost savings with one comprehensive solution.
